As a professional dancer at a high level, I reached a point where nothing worked mentally any more. Coaching with Sven gave me new clarity and confidence. Sven works calmly, clearly and on equal terms – with a real understanding of life in professional sport. For me, this coaching was a decisive step back to stability, joy and performance.

There have been few moments in my life when I felt: “This person really understands me.” Coaching with Sven was one of them – whether as a companion through a crisis or as a creative sparring partner. I can highly recommend coaching with Sven.

I kept having panic attacks when driving on the motorway and through tunnels. With Sven’s help and the wingwave method, I was able to restore my basic trust in myself and exchange the feeling of panic for confidence and strength. I’m very relieved to have found this path.

I went to Nina because I had severe stomach pain for a long time, although no medical cause could be found. Through the coaching I not only recognised the deeper causes but also learned to notice my own needs better. Today I am largely pain-free – I’m very grateful to Nina for her empathetic support.

I value Nina as an extremely competent and inspiring colleague. She stands out for her clear, appreciative attitude as well as her professionalism, charisma and pleasant presence. In team and staff development, she supports employees and managers on their individual paths with great empathy, keen perception and methodological confidence. Particularly noteworthy is her ability to combine sound approaches from body therapy with professional coaching tools. This combination creates space for clarity, lasting development and effective collaboration.

Systemic coach · European champion · World vice-champion · RYT 500h yoga

I grew up in the world of competitive dance – more than thirty years on the floor, with everything that comes with it. European champion, world vice-champion, but also the long stretches in between, when you wonder whether the next step will ever come.

In 2003 I was diagnosed with advanced cancer – in the middle of my competitive career. In that time, between diagnosis, treatment and uncertainty, I got to know the mind in a way no competition could have taught me. How it lifts you up when the body no longer can. That has been the foundation of everything I do ever since.

Today I work with people in sport, in business and in life. What drives me isn’t the concept behind it. It’s the moment someone realises they can do more than they thought. I still experience that moment with the same wonder as on the first day.

Systemic coach · Complementary therapist with Swiss federal diploma · Team developer

I work with people with heart, integrity and solid expertise.

I combine systemic coaching with therapeutic knowledge, from my own practice and from many years in outpatient and inpatient clinical settings. What matters to me is seeing the whole person. And what makes them unique.

In a session I am fully with you. I listen closely, see connections quickly and help you find your strengths and solutions that fit you. I stay clearly within the limits of my professional competence. To me, that is part of professionalism and respect.

Besides coaching and complementary therapy, I work in team development, supervision and mentoring, and I teach as a lecturer.

Our approach

Coaching that works.

Three principles behind everything we do.

01
The resources lie within you

We believe everyone carries the resources they need. Coaching creates the space where they become visible.

02
Body and mind together

Change doesn’t only happen in conversation. The body often shows what’s going on before the mind does, and it offers a direct route to calm and presence. That’s why we include it deliberately.

03
Thinking systemically

Nobody lives in a vacuum. We look at you in your whole context – relationships, surroundings, history – and start where change is really possible.

How we work

The process in five steps.

From the free intro call to the follow-up.

01

30 minutes, free of charge. We get to know each other and see whether we’re a good fit.

02
Assessment

We clarify your goals and agree what should be different in four to eight weeks.

03
Coaching

Systemic coaching conversations, body and breath work, and wingwave where useful.

04
Transfer

05
Follow-up

15 minutes, free of charge. Two weeks after your first appointment, whether 1:1 coaching, a Clarity Session or a Deep Day, we review what works in everyday life and where you still get stuck.

Change begins with clarity. Impact comes when it turns into action.
